  1. I especially like the Orion Nebula drawings. One of the great things about drawings is that they show what the nebula really looks like through the telescope. Photos of the nebula show something that the eye does not see. If I want to give people an idea of what they will see through the eyepiece, a good drawing is great. Showing people photos results in disappointment at the eyepiece.
